Smmer Time Table and Bank Holiday

Important bank holiday and Summer Time Table updates.

CSV’s New Summer Time Table will take effect from Sat 30th.

Kicking off with the Saturday morning boot Camp session @ 08:30.

This session is open to all members and Non-members.

Price £3.50

Free to all CrossFit Members & Athletes.

Bank Holiday Mondays 09:30 session.

CSV will only be open 09:00-12:00 this bank Holiday Monday.

With a team wod kicking off at 09:30-10:45ish, this session will be open to all members and non-members for just £1. (Age 16+)

Please just be aware that this will be a long physical session, involving all over body movements, running, rowing and weight training. If you are carrying an injury or not use to this amount of training, please seek advice from your Doctor before participating.

More sessions- As well as added sessions, there will be more sessions opened up to non-members, these include.

Monday- 12:00 Strength and Conditioning £5

Wednesday- 12:00 Beach Body Session £5. 19:30 Beginner

barbell session £5. £3.50 for ages 13-16 (Age 13+).

Saturdays 08:30 Boot Camp Sessions £3.50.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 13:00 Circuit sessions £3.50. These sessions can be bought in bulk for further savings. (Discounted rates form Mamhilad Park Estate employees)

All above are free to CrossFit Members with the Circuit sessions only included in the gym only membership package.

Crossfit Kids/Teens £3.50 per person. (Please not these sessions don’t run the first weekend of the month when the CrossFit on Ramp session is running).
