Swim, Run, Bike 30-40mins @ 60-70% max effort.

Remember these wods (work out of the day) are just for general health and fitness, and not programmed just to make you look good or be able to bench 150kg.

Although looking good may be a great side effect!

CrossFit is designed to improve all the 10 components of fitness.

Suitable for all ages, sizes and capabilities.
